How to make a complaint

Returns & Complaints

1. Email info@ngafro.se with subject: Return/Complaint – Order #[order number]. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
2. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps and a returns address.
3. For faulty items we will arrange a replacement or refund (including return shipping).
